After you onboard via ‘Sync with Extension’ option, your given account names will continue to show.
You’ll see an indication in your transaction history whether an outgoing transaction has happened from the device or not. This info will be logged in the state logs.
You’ll have the ability to add a custom nonce - you can submit a transaction with a changed order. This advanced feature can be enabled in Settings.

Blockchain transactions cost a Network fee. MetaMask will warn you if you entered a higher than estimated fee. Sites can request you to add a custom network (e.g., Optimism, Polygon, BSC) in your wallet. The custom network fee on transactions is provided by the network operator. Fix for the error “storage limit has been reached”. If you received this error, we regret the inconvenience this caused you.
We are deprecating an experimental opt-in only feature “InstaPay”.
